Quality commitment

how we think about quality
We will publish our licences and certifications on this page as soon as they are confirmed. Until then, we only say what we can stand behind.
From raw material to finished pack
- 01
Selecting materials
We aim to buy ingredients and packaging only from approved, documented sources.
- 02
Manufacturing
Production is meant to follow written procedures in controlled conditions.
- 03
Testing
Materials and finished products are meant to be checked against agreed specifications before release.
- 04
Packing and labelling
Packs carry clear, accurate information, including the composition and the prescription advisory.
- 05
Records and traceability
We intend to keep batch records so any product can be traced and reviewed.

Documentation and traceability
Good quality depends on good records. We aim to document each stage so that questions can be answered with evidence rather than memory.
Batch records, specifications and test results are meant to be kept in an organised way, so that any pack can be traced back through the process and reviewed if needed.
When a document is not ready, we will say so, rather than imply that it is.
What you can expect from us
Accurate labelling
Composition and strength are stated exactly as they are, with no embellishment.
Honest communication
We do not make efficacy promises, comparisons or testimonials.
Regulatory respect
Prescription-type products are presented for healthcare professionals, in line with the rules in India.
Openness
If you have a question about how something is made or checked, ask us.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing partner and facility details will be published here once confirmed. We believe you should know where a medicine comes from, and we will tell you as soon as we are able to do so accurately.
